These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to the BodyFlow website (https://bodyflow.com.ua), owned and operated by sole proprietor Serhii Cherneha (hereinafter referred to as "BodyFlow", "Website" or the "Service"), the use of its functionality, as well as the ordering and use of paid digital products of the Service. By using the website, registering, placing an order, or purchasing digital products of BodyFlow, you agree to these Terms.

BodyFlow provides online tools for calculating nutrition and body metrics, generating meal plans, storing results in a personal account, and offering the ability to purchase personalized digital products, including PDF reports with customized calculations and recommendations. All materials and results of the service are provided for informational purposes only.

4. Payment

  • BodyFlow does not store full payment card details of users.

5. Refund policy

Since personalized PDF reports and other digital products provided by BodyFlow constitute digital content delivered electronically, refunds are generally not provided after access has been granted or the product has been delivered, unless otherwise required by applicable law of Ukraine.

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of confirmed technical errors on the part of the service.
  • Refunds are not provided if the product was generated based on incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user.
  • Each refund request is reviewed individually.
