Public Offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) of the BodyFlow service (https://bodyflow.com.ua), operated by sole proprietor Cherneha S. (hereinafter referred to as BodyFlow, Website or the Service) to conclude a service agreement.

1. General provisions

  • This offer is public in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
  • Acceptance of this offer is carried out by placing and paying for an order on the website.
  • From the moment of payment, the user is considered to have entered into an agreement with BodyFlow.

2. Subject of the agreement

  • BodyFlow provides access to digital products and services, including a personalized PDF report.
  • The service is provided electronically through the website.

3. Order process

  • The user independently enters the required data.
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.
  • The report is generated automatically.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment services.
  • The agreement is considered concluded upon successful payment.
  • Access to the product is granted after payment.

5. Service delivery

  • The service is considered provided once access to the PDF is granted.
  • The report is generated automatically.

6. Refund policy

  • Digital products, including personalized PDF reports, are provided in electronic form and are considered consumed once access has been granted.
  • After access to the digital product has been provided, refunds are not available.
  • Refunds are only possible in the case of a technical error that prevents access to or use of the product.
  • To request a refund, the user must contact support and provide details of the issue.
  • Each request is reviewed individually. BodyFlow reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds.

7. Liability

  • The service is for informational purposes only.
  • BodyFlow is not a medical institution.
  • We are not responsible for any consequences of use.

8. Intellectual property

  • All materials are the property of BodyFlow.
  • Distribution or resale of reports is prohibited.

9. Final provisions

  • BodyFlow may change the terms of this offer.
  • The current version is always available on the website.
